Plus, the more comfortable with your body you are, the more relaxed you’ll be on stage. I’ve seen performances before where someone I know is a really good dancer, but they’re body movements are too right and not in a good way and they freeze up the second they mess up because they’re not flowing. Dance helps with flow! Ask Dani, she’s really good at that. Maybe she can teach here too!
